　　1.顱頜面外科：計算機輔助設計面部輪廓美容整形、下頜角、顴骨整形，顱頜面創(chuàng)傷后整復、面部不對稱畸形整復、半側顏面萎縮畸形矯正、下巴整形、正頜外科（地包天、尖嘴、偏頜、顱頜面各種先天畸形（Crouzon綜合征、Apert綜合征、Treacher-collins綜合征、眶距增寬癥、半側顏面短小、面裂等）的顱面部整復。

　　2.修復重建外科：顱面部、眶周創(chuàng)傷及腫瘤切除后畸形整復，體表腫瘤（黑痣、血管瘤等）、眼鼻畸形整復、面部復雜畸形整復、面癱一期動力修復。擅長顯微外科皮瓣修復各種復雜軟組織缺損及畸形和體表器官再造。

　　3.面部美容外科：微創(chuàng)美容外科（注射美容）、眼整形（雙眼皮、開眼角、失敗重瞼修復、上瞼下垂矯正）、隆鼻、鼻綜合整形、面部年輕化（除皺手術）、眼周年輕化（切眉、眼袋）、瘦臉（手術及注射）、雙下巴整形。

　　4.脂肪移植與體形重塑：自體脂肪填充額頭、太陽穴、淚溝、面頰、鼻、唇、下巴，自體脂肪隆乳，吸脂瘦身、豐胸、提臀、腹壁整形、微創(chuàng)附乳切除等。   

　　簡介：

　　靳小雷，醫(yī)學博士，主任醫(yī)師，學科帶頭人，博士生導師。1995年畢業(yè)于北京大學醫(yī)學院臨床醫(yī)學專業(yè)獲得學士學位，2011年畢業(yè)于中國協(xié)和醫(yī)科大學整形外科專業(yè)獲得碩士和博士學位。2012年-2013年受于美國加州大學洛杉磯分校（UCLA）整形外科訪問學習。2014年擔任外頜面二中心主任。擅長的手術不僅包括正頜外科、顱面部先天性畸形、半側顏面萎縮等整形修復外科，亦包含眼鼻整形美容、體型雕塑、面部年輕化等美容外科手術。是國內(nèi)為數(shù)不多的既擅長軟組織手術又擅長顱面部骨骼手術的整形外科教授之一。曾擔任中華醫(yī)學會整形外科分會青年委員副主任委員、中華醫(yī)學會整形外科分會眼整形組副組長、中國眼整形會長聯(lián)盟成員、中國整形美容協(xié)會顱頜面外科、眼整形分會常委等，是國內(nèi)顱頜面外科及眼整形領域的前沿領軍人物。靳小雷團隊承擔國家自然科學基金、醫(yī)學科學院院所基金項目、教學項目等多項課題。參加工作以來以通訊作者或第一作者發(fā)表專業(yè)論文80余篇，其中SCI論文40余篇，中文核心期刊論文30余篇。參加編著專業(yè)書籍5部，參加譯著1部，主審專業(yè)書籍2部。

　　學術成果：

　　靳小雷醫(yī)生長期致力于顱頜面外科及美容外科的基礎研究及臨床治療，經(jīng)過20多年的個人努力及近10年的團隊建設。目前靳小雷團隊在以下幾個方面取得了優(yōu)良的學術成果。1.正頜外科及面部輪廓整形美容外科領域，發(fā)表相關SCI論著10余篇，每年完成正頜外科、頜面輪廓整形手術數(shù)百例。2.眼鼻整形、面部年輕化、體型雕塑等體表軟組織美容領域，發(fā)表相關SCI論著7篇，共完成各種美容外科手術一萬余例。3.修復重建外科領域，包括顱頜面先天性畸形、顱頜面創(chuàng)傷及手術等導致的面部嚴重畸形，半側顏面萎縮等面部不對稱畸形。此外，亦積極發(fā)展醫(yī)教研工作，關注與兄弟單位及地方醫(yī)院的合作，提升其整形外科水平。2018年與中南大學湘雅三醫(yī)院整形外科聯(lián)合為一名特重度眶距增寬癥患兒完成了矯正術。此次手術采用的顱內(nèi)-顱外聯(lián)合徑路“盒狀”截骨及畸形鼻整形術，是整復外科領域最復雜、難度最大的手術之一。   

　　科研主持項目：

　　近5年來作為課題主要負責人在研課題6項，包括院校級項目3項，院所級項目2項，與外院合作省部級項目1項。作為導師帶教博士碩士研究生10余名，作為副導師帶教博士研究生20余名，碩士研究生10余名，帶教進修生60余名。

　　所獲榮譽：

　　整形外科醫(yī)院2007、2008、2010、2011、2012年度“先進工作者”；第十一屆中華整形外科學會全國會議，“衡力”杯中青年論文評比一等獎；2017年榮耀醫(yī)者公益評選“專科精英獎”；2018年度第二屆國家名醫(yī)盛典“國之名醫(yī) 優(yōu)秀風范”獎。
